Operations Director – North West


We’re supporting a major branded restaurant business with an established presence and ambitious growth plans across the North West.


The business is entering an exciting new phase and now seeks a proven senior operator to take a key leadership position. This is a broad, hands-on role with significant autonomy and influence over both operational performance and strategic direction.


The Role

  • Lead a large, fast-paced operational region, ensuring commercial results, brand consistency, and team engagement.
  • Play a central role in high-level decision making relating to property, finance, development, and growth strategy.
  • Partner with senior leadership to shape and deliver long-term business plans.
  • Inspire, develop, and drive accountability across multiple operations and support functions.
  • Ensure exceptional standards, efficiency, and customer experience are achieved across all locations.


The Person

  • Experienced multi-site operator within branded hospitality at Operations Director or above.
  • Commercially astute, comfortable with financial reporting, investment planning, and business performance metrics.
  • A self-starter with strong strategic judgement and the confidence to operate autonomously.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver consistent results across complex operations.
  • Decisive, agile, and passionate about building culture and standards.
