As a Personal Assistant to the Directors of Strategy and Operations, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of day to day operations and high-impact initiatives. This position calls for a values-driven professional who is deeply committed to integrity, compassion, and excellence. You will be entrusted with sensitive information and complex scheduling demands, requiring the utmost discretion, efficiency, and attention to detail.Working closely with our Director of Strategy and Operations Directors, you will act as a trusted partner, ensuring that strategic priorities are met with clarity and purpose. Your proactive approach, adaptability, and commitment to person-centred support will directly contribute to enhancing outcomes for our stakeholders, and most importantly, the teams and residents we serve.Main ResponsibilitiesProvide professional administrative support to Directors, managing confidential information and correspondence with discretion.Organize and coordinate diaries, meetings, events, travel, and accommodation efficiently.Prepare reports, briefings, presentations, and meeting documentation to support strategic and operational priorities.Accurately record and distribute minutes for business and leadership meetings.Act as first point of contact for guests, calls, and queries, ensuring professional communication.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate meetings and follow-ups.Manage email and postal correspondence, prioritizing actions and drafting responses as needed.Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including document preparation, materials production, and purchase order processing.The BenefitsPaid annual leaveThe chance to be part of a growing healthcare companyContinuous professional development and trainingValues-led cultureOpportunities for progressionPension plan (if applicable)Monthly incentives and recognition awardsFree parkingRequired CriteriaHold a full and valid UK Drivers LicenceRight to work in the UKMinimum 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative support role at a senior levelStrong experience in complex diary management, scheduling, and coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholdersProficiency in MS Office and Abode programmesExperience preparing reports, presentations, and briefing materials for senior managementPrevious experience managing confidential information with discretion and professionalismExcellent attention to detailAbout the Company and CultureWe are passionate about providing the highest standards of care in safe, positive and flexible environments, which enable each person who uses our services to achieve their potential.
