With a strong portfolio spanning Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Commercial, and Data Centre sectors, they are known for their high-quality project delivery and technical expertise. The Role: The MEP Project Director will be responsible for the successful leadership and delivery of a major industrial project in Bristol. This role will suit an ambitious Senior MEP Project Manager seeking to progress into a Project Director position, with the opportunity to take full responsibility for project execution and client delivery. K ey responsibilities include: Leading the overall delivery of a large-scale industrial project in Bristol. Providing direction and oversight to project teams across M&E disciplines. Managing client relationships and acting as the key point of contact throughout the project. Overseeing project budgets, schedules, and risk management. Ensuring technical compliance, quality, and safety standards are maintained. Managing subcontractors and supply chain performance. Supporting business growth by contributing to bids and tender processes when required. Requirements: Degree or trade qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering. Proven experience as a Senior MEP Project Manager, ideally seeking progression to Project Director level. Strong background in industrial project delivery (pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or large-scale process facilities). Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong commercial and contract management knowledge. Effective communicator with the ability to develop client relationships. Package: Salary circa £90,000 - £100,000 DOE.
