Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeCompass Associates are supporting a Privately Owned Dentistry business who are looking to recruit a dynamic full-time Regional Operations Director to support them in developing their business as they embark on a period of exciting growth.The post will oversee and manage the operations of multiple Dental Practices within the South East region covering – London, Surrey and Hampshire. The Regional Director will work closely with the Company Directors / Owners and form part of the newly established Operational role taking on full accountability for the growth and development of practices within the business.You will already be a strong leader, who builds solid plans, engages people and confidently drives performance. You will have a proven track record in excellent administration and project management. Added to this will be your ability to provide sound impeccable customer service and dedicated ongoing support to their Practices. You will be expected to contribute effectively to wider practice management activities and work closely with colleagues of all levels ensuring effective communication systems are in place.Experience in a management position within the dental sector is essential.About the RoleThe role will include, but not be limited to the following:Ensuring the smooth, efficient and compliant running of the practices as a whole.Delivery of the costs and revenue to budget across your region.Providing and maintaining an excellent quality of service and performance in accordance with the company strategy and targets.Providing support and direction to enhance performance, skills and knowledge of practice managers, clinicians and support staff.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a portfolio of dental practices across London, Surrey and Hampshire (8 in total).Drive commercial performance across the region by identifying underperformance and implementing effective improvement plans.Ensure the highest standards of patient care and customer service are embedded across all practices.Provide visible leadership, fostering a culture of engagement, collaboration, and respect among practice teams.Support recruitment and retention of dentists, therapists, hygienists, and specialist clinicians to achieve practice and regional performance goals.Manage the successful integration of new acquisitions, ensuring full contract delivery and strong operational foundations.Work closely with Practices to monitor clinician and site performance, addressing underperformance proactively.Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations and the requirements of governing bodies including the BDA, CQC, and ICB.Oversee regional budgets, controlling costs and embedding a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency.QualificationsExperience in a management position within the dental sector is essential.Required SkillsYou will have a proven track record in excellent administration and project management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
