A highly regarded and successful firm of chartered accountants based in Falmouth is searching for a Senior Manager or Associate Director level addition to join their firm. You will work across all around accounts/tax etc service provision, managing clients, relationships and internal teams and working closely with the Director as a key, right hand support with a clear progression path on offer.Client DetailsThis Falmouth based chartered accountancy practice is growing and undergoing positive planning for the long-term future development of the firm seeking the right higher-level additions who is looking for a route to progress into a leadership team.DescriptionJoining the firm at around the Senior Manager or Associate Director levels you will be based out of the firms Falmouth offices and will take responsibility for a portfolio of clients managing the provision of all round accounting / tax compliance and wider advisory focused work. You will work closely alongside the Director as key support, managing a wider team of managerial, qualified and trainee staff developing and growing this team with a clear progression and development path on offer for the right candidate.ProfileThe ideal candidate will be qualified across any of ACA, ACCA and/or CTA, with a career background developed in any of a UK large, national firm accountancy practice background and/or, a regional independent firm background of any size. You will be at least an experienced Senior Manager or Associate Director level professional, seeking the right long term, career move.
