This role sits at the heart of strategy and planning, leading the way in how campaigns are designed, structured, and delivered across both the UK and wider European markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning at the heart of strategy and planning, guiding how campaigns are designed, structured, and delivered across the UK and wider European markets.
- Bring planning excellence to the table, set the framework for how multi-channel strategies come together, and ensure every campaign makes a measurable impact.
- Shape responses to briefs, develop media strategies that balance short-term activation with long-term brand growth, and translate business challenges into smart, actionable plans.
- Act as a senior client partner, guiding a team of four, providing direction, support, and mentorship, and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Maintain a sharp focus on process, efficiency, and detail while inspiring the team to pursue creativity and innovation.
Qualifications
- Established Account Director or Senior Planner with at least two years’ experience at that level.
- Deep knowledge of digital-first media, with confidence across offline channels.
- Experience developing integrated strategies spanning video, gaming, and beyond.
- Combination of commercial awareness, strong leadership, and ability to translate complexity into clarity.
