Our unique model has driven steady growth and global expansion plans.Join us and help fulfil our mission to close the world's digital skills gap.The Role: Solution Director – Fabric and DatabricksAs Technical Solution Director in the central Practice Area, you will develop and drive the growth of our Data business, specifically aligned with Microsoft Fabric and Databricks. leveraged relationships with Microsoft and Databricks to develop our Go to Market strategy and deliver through AND's club model. You will lead the inception of solutions, engage with senior clients, and grow internal capability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead our propositions and Practice Area IPOwn, manage and evolve our proposition in the areas of Fabric and Databricks solutionsOwn the technical alliance relationships with both Microsoft and Databricks, positioning AND as a key consulting and delivery partnerBe a leader within the Data Practice Area, driving quality and consistency in delivery, and growing talent and capabilityDevelop and promote thought leadership to position our brand in the market and engage the broader data communityDevelop training pathways and collateral to grow internal capability, supporting ANDis with mentorship and coachingExplore client problems and act as a high-level trusted advisor for equivalent C-suite executives (CPO/CTO/CDO)Nurture client relationships to understand business needs and challengesDemonstrate Fabric and Databricks solutions, linking development to outcomesSolution Design: shape and elicit business requirements into robust solutions; develop business cases to support buyingGuide and mentor AND teams to ensure alignment with the original vision and delivery of outcomesIdentify opportunities and lead deal development; prioritise efforts for the right commercial outcomesPartner with Client Partnership teams and clubs in deal development and pursuit; educate and upskill themAchieve a sales target contributing to opportunity conversions (Revenue attribution target around £2m+; leveraged across AND)Lead and develop ANDis on engagements, helping grow capabilities across the businessProvide vision, inspiration and motivation across the Data practice areaSkills & Experience For The RoleDeep & Broad Technical Expertise: Expert-level knowledge with hands-on proficiency in Microsoft and Databricks; knowledge across the data spectrum from warehousing to AI toolingStrategic Thinking & Vision: Ability to connect data and technology capabilities to business strategy and develop long-term roadmapsProblem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to dissect complex problems, analyze root causes, and design innovative solutionsCommunication & Presentation: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiencesLeadership & Influence: Influence and lead technical teams and stakeholdersCommercial Acumen: Understanding of how to identify opportunities that deliver value to client and ANDAdaptability & Learning: Commitment to continuous learning and comfort operating in ambiguityKey Performance MetricsBusiness growth through proposition successGrow Fabric and Databricks at AND (target TBC)Proposition development and market engagementTechnical excellence and solution qualityIntegrity and robustness of delivered solutionsDeep expertise and advocacy for best practicesRole sits within central practice teams, not a BUNote: This role is a leveraged contribution to AND as a whole.Seniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at AND Digital. #J-18808-Ljbffr
