Responsibilities
Lead and inspire delivery teams to achieve excellence across all engagements. Build and nurture strong client relationships to align delivery with strategic objectives. Develop and deliver delivery frameworks to meet evolving business and client needs. Drive and support collaboration with CGI business units and global delivery centres. Innovate and improve, promote a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement. Manage service performance, budgets, and reporting to ensure commercial and delivery success. Champion professional growth and development across teams.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading delivery or service management teams in complex client environments. Strong track record managing agile and product delivery models. Excellent stakeholder management and C‑level communication skills. Experience supporting clients through digital transformation. Strong financial, commercial and risk management experience. Ability to motivate teams and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
