We’re supporting a dynamic, fast-scaling business in the built environment as they hire an Operations Director to lead national delivery at pace. With full P&L accountability, you’ll take charge of a high-performing and growing team, delivering 1,000+ projects annually for major UK retailers and commercial clients. This is a senior leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced setting balancing delivery, commercial oversight, and strategic scale-up.
